ph639 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) ph639 account. Opening duplicate accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of any pending bonuses or promotional credits.

When registering on ph639, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your ph639 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it. ph639 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to secure your credentials.
• Notifying ph639 support immediately at support@ph639.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

ph639 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is optional, it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

ph639 processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following local payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Maximum single deposit: ₱100,000 (subject to account verification level).
• Deposits are credited instantly for most methods. In rare cases involving bank transfers, a delay of up to 30 minutes may occur.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph639 does not accept third-party deposits and will return any such funds, less processing fees, without crediting your account.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200. Standard processing time: 1–24 hours for GCash and Maya; up to 3 banking days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and cannot be waived.
• ph639 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Accounts with incomplete KYC may have withdrawals held pending verification.
• Winnings derived from free spins or bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. See Section 05 for full bonus terms.

General Bonus Rules:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one ph639 account per individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph639 shall not be liable for:

You may close your ph639 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ph639.app. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance in your account will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied.

Where an account is closed by ph639 due to a Terms violation, ph639 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Balances found to be the product of fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
